The rich history of Honeywill Consulting
July 2014
Honeywill Consulting was established with the long-term mission to build outstanding learning spaces throughout Queensland, marking the beginning of our journey.
February 2015
We rented our first office, a cosy two-bedroom office on Station Road, Indooroopilly.
February 2016
With a team of four (David Honeywill, Stephen Henry, Peter Millatt, and Adam Pollock), we moved our office from Indooroopilly to Milton after purchasing a new office space.
August 2018
We hit a milestone of 500 projects, totalling $393 million, showcasing our growing portfolio, capabilities and expertise.
September 2018
Our team expanded to 10 members, reflecting the continued growth and demand for our specialised services.
July 2019
We expanded our reach by establishing a Gold Coast office by purchasing an office in Southport.
September 2019
Further extending our presence, we established a North Coast office with a lease in North Lakes.
December 2019
We achieved a significant milestone by completing our first whole new school project, showcasing our capability in comprehensive school construction.
April 2020
Honeywill Consulting welcomed our first Architect to the team and initiated internal designs on a trial basis, adding a new dimension to our capabilities.
May 2020
Our team celebrated reaching 1000 projects, amounting to $796 million, underlining our continued growth and success.
November 2020
The North Coast office relocated to Maroochydore after acquiring a larger office with parking, providing an improved workspace for our valued team.
April 2021
Our team expanded to 20 members, demonstrating sustained growth and an increasing demand for our services.
August 2021
We reached another milestone of 1500 projects at Honeywill, totalling $1.1 billion, showcasing our extensive project portfolio.
December 2021
The Gold Coast office moved from Southport to Bundall, acquiring a larger office with parking, further enhancing our operational capacity.
November 2022
This year we marked a significant achievement of 2000 projects at Honeywill Consulting, amounting to $1.38 billion, highlighting our continued success and expertise.
April 2023
We completed the move into a refurbished office in Milton after purchasing the adjacent office in August 2022, providing an upgraded and expanded workspace.
January 2024
We formally introduced Design Services to our offerings, expanding our capabilities to offer a comprehensive range of services in the field of design and construction.
